In the resort 600 m from the centre of St.Moritz-Bad, 850 m from the centre of St.Moritz-Dorf, in a central, busy, sunny position, 50 m from the lake, 1 km from the skiing area, located by a road, south-west facing position. In the house: lift, central heating system. Public car park at 400 m, public parking 50 m. Shop, supermarket 200 m, shopping centre 600 m, restaurant, bakery 400 m, bus stop 50 m, indoor swimming pool 800 m, bathing lake 5 km. Mountain railway 1 km, gondola lift 1 km, cross country ski track 1 km, ice field 500 m. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. "Apt.46", 5-room apartment 105 m2 on 4th floor, south-east facing position. Partly renovated in 2014, practical furnishings: living/dining room with TV and radio. WC, bath/shower/WC. 2 balconies, south-west facing position. Beautiful, of the lake and the mountains. Garage space n 46, height 205 cm, width 254 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. The garage parking space is limited in height and width! no WIFI, no ice compartment.
