Apartment block "Beausoleil H". In the centre, on a slope. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking (in winter extra) at 100 m. Shop, restaurant 100 m, indoor swimming pool 50 m. Tennis 400 m, gondola lift 600 m, ski bus stop 50 m. 2-room apartment 50 m2 on 2nd floor. Comfortable and wooden furniture furnishings: entrance hall with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Living/dining room with cable TV and DVD. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds and shower/WC. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Large balcony, west facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Please note: non-smokers only.
