Alpen Resort Hotel
The modern 4-star Alpen Resort otel is located ideally, approx. 200 m from the resort centre of Zermatt, and only approx. 300 m from the Gornergrat lift, as well as approx. 200 m from the train station. A ski bus stop can be found only approx. 50 m from the house and access to the cross-country track can be gained in the approx. 7 km distant Täsch. Right across from the hotel is a kindergarten with childcare and activities (price per request). The accommodation consists of three interconnected buildings. The facilities of the first-class hotel include a reception with hotel lobby, lift, Internet corner and Wi-Fi, restaurant, bar, children's playroom and ski room. The approx. 200 m² spa area with indoor pool, steam bath, sauna and jacuzzi, as well as the fitness room can be used for free (open daily 07 a.m. - 9 p.m.). For a fee you can also make use of the solarium or massage offers. As Zermatt is car-free, you can make use of the parking spaces in Täsch (for a fee), from where you can continue on with the shuttle train to Zermatt (approx. 12 minute ride). Moreover, the public parking garage in Täsch can be used for a fee. The hotel's own shuttle (upon prior reservation) is available to take you from/to the train station in Zermatt. Rooms The comfortable rooms have a bath or shower/wc, cable TV, telephone, radio, Wi-Fi, safe, mini bar (payable locally), tea and coffee set, hair drier, as well as a balcony. Accommodation may take place in any of the three buildings. Board The already included half-board comprises a rich breakfast buffet and a 5-course evening meal with salad buffet. All meals are served in the main building.
