Modern house "Roger". In the district of Obernhäusern 500 m from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet, sunny position. Shopping centre 500 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Sunnegga" 400 m. Mountain railway, ski lift 400 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Access via a pathway with steps (70 steps) or, by lift and 34 steps to the entrance of the house. 2-room apartment 47 m2 on 4th floor, practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double wall-trunk bed (2 x 90 cm), cable TV and radio. 1 double bedroom. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher). Bath/WC. Balcony 8 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Partial view of the Matterhorn.
