Hameau de l'Eclose: residence "Balcon d'Huez", 5 storeys, in a sunny position. In house: ski storage. Grocers, shopping centre, restaurant 50m, bus stop 1.5km. Tennis, sports centre 800m, skisport facilities 100m, cross-country ski trail 1.5km, ice rink 800m. Electric heating. Stairs to reach the 3rd floor.

1-room apartment 25m2 on 4th floor: living/dining room with TV. Alcove with double sofa bed. Alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette (2 hotplates, oven, dishwasher). Bath-room, sep. WC. Balcony, south facing position. View of the mountains and the valley. (1 floor up from the enterance of the residence)
