Very helpful staff, knowledgable and friendly
Christian was very helpful and really tried hard to find what we were after. His customer service was the reason we booked with Iglu.
I found the person I dealt with very helpful and knowledgeable and would definitely consider using Iglu ski again.
The booking was simple.
The man on the phone who booked our holiday was very helpful. I am now awaiting the documents but So far so good.
Helpful, quick to respond and understood my preferences.
Justin Pickford who was my sales rep was the best holiday rep I have ever delt with. He was efficient, enthusiastic and had excellent communication skills. I was dealing with a guy directly at Inghams first but he was hopeless, so thought I'd use ugly again as Thomas Moulton was good last yr. I was instantly impressed with Justin, who was really on the ball. 10/10!!! Thank you Justin!
Annoying when you don't phone back when you say you will. Annoying that none of your advertised deals exist. Annoying that you have to phone to book. Annoying that extras always get added. Annoying that some staff answering the phone appear as knowledgeable as the cleaners.Our response:Sir - I am sorry that you have such concerns about our service. We spend a lot of time and resource in ensuring that the website is kept up to date. Indeed our holiday pricing on our site updated day and night to reflect the operator's pricing. It is inexcusable should you have not been called back on occasion. It doesn't reflect our usual standards - as borne out in our usually positive feedback. All of our sales team are well travelled skiers and boarders which means that we hope to be the most knowledgeable and experienced teams. I am sorry that's not your experience. I do hope that you at least enjoyed your time on the slopes.Kind regards
We have used Iglu ski for a number of years skiing as a large group and they have been excellent in every way.
I would like yo upgrade this to excellent. staff and price were great

Excellent service. Straight forward deal especially as I'm a sole travelling skier.
I booked a last minute ski holiday through Igluski and so far (haven't left yet) have found their service excellent.
My enquiry was dealt with courtiously, staff were helpful and efficient and paperwork received promptly. They even called back in reply to an email , even though I am presently living in Hong Kong!
Would recommend Igluski and be very happy to use them again.

I would have put excellent if they were able to update their prices and availability online in real time (it turned out in our case that the package we wanted was sold out and also that the prices for alternatives had changed). Clearly the reps in their office have access to real time, or at least more up to date, prices. Why can't their data feed be processed directly and automatically into the website? They will most likely miss out on business due to people not realising that some packages are cheaper than they appear and, this point being of greater interest to me, people will miss out on great holidays!
Otherwise, the service was efficient and friendly.

I booked the holiday with Laura who was great.
However, I also spoke with someone (a man) on Friday the 4th who said that he would look for a suitable holiday and call me back - he did not.
Also, when I called to add ski lessons, passes, etc.. it seemed like too much trouble for them.
So, overall not too bad, but a little concerning over attitude. Really good service from Cynthia. She phoned when required and helped us out. Sometimes she chased and i understand she wanted the sale, however i was waiting on leave for some people. However not a real issue. Thanks again

A suggestion - include chalet plans on the website so you can really examine the room layout and size more carefully or suggest to totalski that they do?
Piste maps don't view properly; you can enlarge and move right and left but not up and down so not able to view whole region.
A town map with the properties marked would be good - another one for totalski perhaps?
