I have been booking my holiday with one of your reps - Nigel O'Connel. He is truly excellent. Some of the ski party I am sorting the trip for have been rather difficult and Nigel has the patience of a saint. He has calmly and wisely sorted out with me all the challenges and hic ups and I am now booked on a holiday that Iam happy is right for all of us. He listens, takes action quickly and I have very much appreciated his help. It has been great being able to call and email him direct and I have recommended Iglu ski and Nigel to my friends.

Prompt ring back following internet enquiry. Helpful customer service, however the operator I think misheard some information ie correct spelling of address and names, but following emails this was rectified.

I found iglu ski very helpful with getting us exactly what we wanted. It is not the first time using iglu ski and it won't be the last. Top job guys.
6.5 out of 10 - not terrible but could do better. I booked our upcoming holiday through igluski and if I had the choice again I would book directly through Neilson, it has added extra hassle going through an agent. I have had to call up twice, once to add ski carriage and again to enquire about ski hire - whenever we have booked before these questions are part of the norm during the booking process, never an after thought that I have had to realise after the event that not included in the booking. I am now trying to find ski hire independently as I a feel would be easier. Before booking I asked if booking through igluski would cause problems with booking and I was assured igluski were an agent for Neilson and our contract would be directly with Neilson. Having called Neilson today to discuss ski hire, Im told we have to go directly through igluski and they cannot discuss booking with me - not what I was lead to believe when making the booking. I now feel disappointed having to book everything separately and apprehensive for our holiday and anticipating more issues.

The initial sales rep was excellent (nick jacson). however when i phoned back to confirm holiday , nick was off and agent was unhelpful as there was a discrepancy in price, After negotiation This was eventually coirrected to the price i was originally quoted.
I will definately book trhrough Nick again as he was very knowlegable and extremely helpful.

Very fast response time and very helpful. We were delighted with the booking service.
I received a quick initial email reply but then asked follow up questions and didn't receive a reply. I called and asked for the agent to call back to answer my questions and didn't receive a call. I sent an email asking for a call back and still didn't receive a call or any reply. This was spread over 3 days. When I eventually called again and spoke to somebody else the service was good, my questions were answered and I booked the holiday quickly and without fuss.Our response:Sir - Thank you for your feedback.
