Cheap ski holidays in hundreds of ski resorts worldwide.
I dealt with a chap called Nick (double barrelled surname) who was both charming and efficient. So much so that I booked a New Year ski-ingholiday with him there and then although I was only speaking to him in reference to a February ski-ing holiday I am going on with a gang of ladies.
I was very happy with the 2 guys I spoke to at Iglu, Adrian and Justin who dealt with my bokoing very efficiently and were both very helpful.
Adrian was very professional, helpful and pro-active.
Very efficient. Call back was within 10 mins of submitting an enquiry. Holiday all done and booked within a few hours.

I spoke to another Iglu guy the other day who was nowhere near as friendly and sounded like he was just doing his job for the commission... he should probably get some training in how to be good with customers.
I have been booking through Iglu for a number of years now and have always found them helpful always willing to oblige could do with some discount as we are long standing customers!!!!

Dealt with Justin, he was really helpful and very informative, we were recommended to book with Iglu by our friends who are also holidaying with your company at New Year so were really pleased to of had such good help from Justin.
Helpful friendly guys to deal with who demonstrate good knowledge of the resorts and accommodation that's available.
Fast, accurate and helpful
Used before and will use again and recommend. Reps on phone always knowledgeable and efficient. Not so keen on endless pop-ups every time I fire-up computer - rather annoying.

Ned was extremely polite and spoke to me as a person and not just some random caller. he knew the resort and was able to give me his opinion of it. he knew transfer times and good prices for the holiday we were looking for.

The guy at the Iglu call centre was really friendly and helpful, and didn't try to push "extras" on me, which was really nice.
Excellent service from Hans, just slight hiccup with computer generated email which had incorrect flight times even though correct ones booked - clarified and sorted in 5 mins. 3rd holiday booked with them - consistently helpful & would recommend. Sally B, Devon

A good service, with nice representatives
The first advisor I spoke to did not seem knowledgable and had difficulty in checking if the chalet was free, and could not tell me flight times. I called him back the following day as he asked me up and was told he was not even working that day!
The people I spoke to that day were helpful and I booked the holiday. The service just seemed slightly inconsistent.
