Dealt with my booking in an efficient manner. However settlement in full 17 weeks prior to going seems excessive.

Iglu were very responsive when I first contacted them, providing me details of holidays which fitted my criteria. Then my circumstances potentially changed, they stayed in touch whilst I confirmed with friends what we were doing. Once a final decision was made, the system wouldn't book is in. The guy we were dealing with contacted his boss to let him know what the problem was and despite her not being at work, she picked up the issue There and then, dealing with it first thing the next morning. We got the holiday we wanted from the airport we wanted. Thank you
Mark was very helpful and efficient. He did what he promised and got back to me when he said he would. If he didn't know something he found out immediately and called me back. It's refreshing to talk to someone who can do their job properly!!!

Since receiving the email promoting the Chalets available and making contact the response has been great no matter how many different enquiries. the responses received instilled trust in booking through IGLU which is ultimately why we commenced with the booking in question
The website indicated a reduced rate for the week, which is why I chose to book through Iglu rather than SkiBeat. The Iglu rep said this was a mistake but was able to offer me a £10 reduction (instead of the £34 advertised). The website has since been updated.
The rep was very helpful but I believe you should honour the price advertised.

Very helpful and got us a good deal
i was looked after very well by Jake Keyte. It was quite a stilted process from my end, with a number of my party deciding very late on that there was a problem with the booking dates. jack was accommodating to this, and in the end helped me in changing the chalet size at the last minute and getting us a very good deal on both packages we were considering.

Happy with the booking, however when coming to add an extra I was promised 3 phone calls back which I never got. Otherwise would've been an excellent.
