September Fun at the Snow Centre – Deals, Demo Days and Talks The Snow Centre in Hemel Hempstead has some late summer sizzling deals, offering the chance to take to skis or a board from scratch or hone those slopeside skills and get fit for the winter season ahead.

Half Price Beginner Lessons


The Snow Centre is offering half price lessons for beginners until Monday 29th September. The cost of 1.5-hour adult group lessons has been halved from £49 to £24.50pp at weekends and £45 to £22.50pp midweek.

Opening hours will also be extended for the winter season from September 29th and you can still make the most of 10% OFF adult and Junior Group Lessons, 6 Pack Lessons and Lift passes up until Sunday 30th November.

Ski & Snowboard Demo Day – Sat 20th September


The Snow Centre will play host to a Big Demo Day on Saturday 20th September to test next year's snow sports kit. This provides the perfect opportunity to exclusively test out skis & snowboards, which are not yet available to buy on the high street.

Headlining brands include: Salomon, Raven, Pathron, DOUK Snowboards, Smokin, Dupraz, Stepchild, Ride, Volkl, Endeavour, APO, Nordica, Blizzard, Atomic, Faction & Armada. The Big Demo Day will begin at 10am, rounding off at 6pm and there is no additional cost for testing equipment; it is all included within the cost of a Lift Pass, from just £20.80 if pre-booked online.

First Aid Basics - Saturday 27th September
Alex Leaf, BASI TRAINER and ski teacher has been involved within the snowsports industry for the past 35 years. Teaching, Coaching and Training with World Class Skiing. The Safety Snow Talk take place on Saturday 27th September from 11.15am – 1.30pm and will include areas of: Basic CPR, Primary & Secondary Assessment, Recovery Position and more.
