The chalet and resort were perfect for our small group. Iglu ski helped a lot in my finding the right accommodation and resort for the groups preference and date for the trip. I would only ask that the co-ordination between Iglu and Skiworld - the in resort operator - be more joined up. The transfer and obtaining lift passes got more complicated than necessary due to this.

This 6 person chalet is great for families taking the whole place. There is a double room with a sliding door onto the terrace looking over the most amazing view of the valley, this chalet is perched right on the edge of town. The chalet is a short walk to the slopes but included was a ski locker and boot room at the rental shop right on the slopes so no need to walk far with your ski boots on.

Overall

Fantastic chalet for group of six. We booked late and had to share with some rather younger people who suffered badly form communication disability. Great location with free locker for your skis next to the diablo lift Chalet is on ground floor with fantastic balcony view over mountains rooms are more than adequate and its all brand new. As an experienced skier 28 years i would not recommend Les Deux alps for beginners or people with children. Although there are nursery slopes with drags at the village level when you finally get to go up the mountain there is only one area to practice on. Also which many people find out to there cost the way down at the end of the day via the infamous valentine black is not for the faint hearted. Good apre ski loads of bars clubs and restaurants and i found the price not too bad we were paying 12 euros for couple of pints with plate de jour at about 13 euros, Best to book this resort late to be sure of the snow my second time first was green fields
