The chalet hosts (Sophie and Ollie) were faultless - they took real pride in their job and made us feel very welcome - thank you. The chalet was lovely - no more to add! The resort was great - 2nd time and we'll be back The transfers could be improved - flying into Grenoble and out of geneva with different gatwick terminals was messy - only part of the holiday to be improved

Excellent week in Alpe D'Huez despite less snow. Chalet was warm and comfortable - the hot tub was a treat at the end of a day on the slopes. Diane and Kasia went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as they could. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend the company and the chalet, and would like to return to this resort when ther is more snow.

We stayed in Chalet Namika in March 2011 and had a fabulous time. The Chalet was of a very high standard and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and steam room. The Chalet also had a very cool cinema room which was perfect for relaxing after a days skiing. We almost didn't book this chalet because we weren't sure about the food but this too was of a very high standard, we had a good breakfast, cakes and the usual 3 course meal which were all very tasty. There was also a welcome drink on arrival which was a nice touch. We were very impressed with the chalet hosts who were professional and knowledgeable. This chalet and the additional services offered, such as equipment hire and lift passes, were all great value. We would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this Chalet! The rooms were large, it was a great picturesque setting. We'd ski straight from the back door down to the main area with lifts and ski school. We also found that walking backwards up the slope after a night out was a far easier and shorter way than taking the road, and much more amusing! The Chalet couple were very friendly and the food was gorgeous! As for the hot tub, this was great after a day of skiing with a bottle of beer! We can't fault this chalet and hope to return next year! Thank you!

I loved this chalet. It is right on the slopes so you can literally go straight to ski schools from outside. The ski fit is done in the chalet so there is no messing about. The chalet itself is wonderful - excellent facilities with the cine rooms, hot tub and sauna. We were actually spoilt for choice. Lastly, the food was excellent. The people looking after us did an excellent job - really gourmet meals for us all to enjoy. They even made more child friendly meals for the children, earlier on in the evening so the adults could enjoy some quality time. Fantastic!
