Great value in Sestriere -

The owner of the hotel could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The food on offer was excellent with a daily choice of 3 options for each course. Unfortunately the resort didn’t match the accommodation, as a lack of infrastructure led to long queues on a limited number of lifts. There was only 1 gondola which was shut for 5 out of 6 days, which unfortunately summed up the skiing experience.
