Half term family fun - 01/03/2022
Overall

Just like to say many thanks for a brilliant holiday in Arinsal from start to finish. From flights, transfers, hotel, lift passes Ski hire and lunch vouchers. Lovely family run hotel with many personal touches Unfortunately the snow was lacking and unaware of the snow cannons being used. Decided not a fan of afternoon lessons.

Lovely trip - 18/02/2020
Overall

Had the most lovely week. Down sides were hot water issues. This was brought up with the hotel staff and attempted to be fixed so appreciate they tried but a Luke warm baths wasn’t amazing strangely enough 2 of the days it worked. Good could have been better but it was a great effort as a buffet. The staff in the restaurant were amazing and the chefs cooked everything to my liking but not my partners. It was nice but just not great. Pros were the staff and the crystal ski team all amazing. Had loads of fun with lots of tips. Comfy beds. Great atmosphere. I don’t think I would go here again but only because I think we prefer a resort with snow right outside for the overall experience.

Andorra is a really interesting place to ski. A good range of challenging slopes on the mountain terrain. Arinsal is lively and a good base to explore from.

Wonderful holiday - 01/09/2019
Overall

We had a fantastic week in Andorra and even though our resort got closed due to too much snow Iglu made arrangements for transport to a nearby resort do it wasn't a problem. Nothing is too much trouble and Iglu go out of their way to provide a perfect holiday experience. The hotel was amazing, opposite the gondola and food was fine. We're not too keen on Arinsal as the bars are all quite small and there aren't too many but this was our second year in Arinsal purely because skiing is great and queues for the gondola and are non-existent and slopes are not busy at all. All in all an amazing ski trip.

Arinsal, Andorra - 31/05/2019
Overall

Arinsal is a great resort for beginner/ early intermediates or families wanting to enjoy skiing to improve your ability throughout the week without being tested to much. There are a couple of steeper runs but the majority of the runs are easy reds! The way the resort is organised makes it extremely easy for families to drop off their children at ski school, head off and do some skiing and then come back to watch the last few minutes whilst enjoying a beer or hot chocolate at the bottom of the nursery slope! The village has a couple of shops and bars with a fantastic Peruvian restaurant which I highly recommend - Hunters Sports Bar and Grill! For sports lovers this also shows all the football however, Manchester United fans beware the owner is a Manchester City fan!
