Tignes had loads of snow despite it being late season. We Stayed in Val Claret which isn't the prettiest of places, but when you have great snow conditions and extensive runs who cares? Went out most nights found Grizzly's Bar VERY expensive! If you want better value for money try the Fish Tank where you can buy a pitcher of beer at a more reasonable price! From Val Claret you can access the whole Espace Killy region quite easily, theres lifts all around the resort and you never have far to go to hook up with the slopes. We skied right back to the hotel despite it being late April! (Who said there was a shortage of snow this year?)
