Parking at the house at 50 m communal covered parking (extra). Shop, supermarket 200 m, restaurant 100 m, railway station 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 500 m. Chair lift 800 m, ski school 200 m, cross country ski track, ice field 300 m. 1-room apartment 29 m2, on the ground floor, south-east facing position, practical and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 2 beds, dining nook, cable TV and radio. Exit to the patio. Open kitchen (3 hot plates, oven). Bath/WC. Patio 9 m2, south facing position and, east facing position, lawn. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. Please note: non-smokers only. TV only CH.
