It forms the centrepiece of the new Lionshead Square - a delightful area of European style cobbled piazzas and walkways with varied shops, bars and restaurants theat is now 'the' place to stay. The Eaglebahn gondola - a high capacity lift that brings you directly into the heart of the ski area is located a few yards from the hotel whilst the pistes run within yards of the door.

Facilities are impressive. meet family and friends for lunch or apres-ski cocktails on the lively restaurant terrace, enjoy hot cocoa by the fire in the spectacular great Room, grab a casual meal at the cafe or delight in a candlelit dinner at Centre V, a lively french brasserie and bar. The Hotels RockResorts spa and fitness centre is over 10 000 square feet or state-of-the-art luxury. Eleven treatment rooms offer varied facials, hydrotherapy and massage plus there is a fitness centre, whirlpool, steam room and sauna.
Service is first class without being obtrusive and there are many extras- you will find the hotels own ski valet waiting for you at the gondola, the ski nanny will shuttle your kids to ski school or keep them entertained all day whilst personal concierges are located on each floor of the hotel. Rooms are massive, at least 45 m2. Each have tasteful alpine furnishings and extras uch as fire, flat panel TV, DVD and a Bose MP3/cD.
