- The lounge/dining area– boasts fine views of the Mont Blanc Massif from the south facing balcony over the River l'Arve. The sitting area has a TV for use with the DVD and video player and a CD player with USB for ipods or MP3 players. There is a large sofa which can be used a double sofa bed, a seperate chair and a pine dining table to comfortably seat six for dinner.
- The kitchen area– The kitchen area is modern and well-equipped with a fridge/freezer, four ring hob, seperate mini oven and a dishwasher.
- Bedroom 1 – is a double bedroom with double aspect windows to the south and the east.
- Bedroom 2 – is a twin bedroom having a single bed with a pull out bed underneath.
- The family bathroom – has a shower/bath and WC as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer.
- The second bathroom- has a shower, wash basin and WC.
There is plenty of storage space in the apartment, with floor to ceiling cupboards in the entrance hall and sets of drawers in the bedrooms. For ski/bike storage there is a ski cave in the basement.
There is also secure underground parking for one vehicle (please bear in mind a height restriction of approx. 2m).
