The Nanny Service is available in two formats:
1) In resorts creches which are available to all customers in the resort.
2) Specific Nanny Chalets and Hotels which provide a nanny service exclusively to customers staying at those particular properties.
Resort creches are staffed by at least one English-speaking qualified nanny (NNEB or similar). There are a range of activities on offer, creative play and a good selection of toys, games and drawing equipment. Children will also take part in outdoor activities (weather permitting).
All children receive a Pepi Penguin fun packed rucksack.
Service hours are 8:30am – 5.00pm, 6 days a week.
A half day is either 8.30am - 12.45pm or 12.45pm - 5.00pm.
Cost of service during low season is £50 for 6 half days.
Cost of service in high season is £90 for 6 half days. (High season dates are: 19/24 Dec, 26/31 Dec, 11/12 Feb, 18/19 Feb, 8/9 Apr).
Snacks and drinks are included but lunch is an optional extra of £20 for the 6 days.
The minimum ratio is: one nanny per 3 children under 2 years, and one nanny per 4 children aged 2-4 years
