Chalet Leopold, Méribel-Mottaret, France

Stayed for a week last Easter and the chalet couldn’t have been in a better location. Gorgeous views and under a 5 min walk from the main slopes. Fantastic snow due to the height on the mountain even when it was turning slushy at Meribel 1450. A great selection of slopes that cater for all abilities (I was in a mixed group and there was something for everyone). It was an amazing holiday.

Chalet Leopold was the perfect place for a white christmas. Conveniently located, right next to the gondola that takes you down to Mottaret centre and slopes or straight up to the supermarket. Only one complaint was that the room temperatures were ridiculously hot! Even turned off it was not at a comfortable living temperature. Suffocating. One room has no window, so you cannot even open it up for fresh air. Other than Chalet Leopold was a great choice.
