L'Adret Apartments
Located in the heart of Chantemerle, Residence L’Adret offers a practical and well-positioned base for exploring the expansive Serre Chevalier valley. This traditional alpine building sits just a few minutes’ walk from the Saint Chaffrey gondola, providing swift access to the 250km of tree-lined runs the region is famed for. Its central location ensures the resort’s supermarket and nursery slopes are easily reachable, while the local bars of Chantemerle are close by for those interested in the après scene.
The apartments are designed with functionality in mind, featuring clean lines and a modern, understated aesthetic. Each unit includes a compact kitchenette suited for preparing independent meals, while two-bedroom options provide a dedicated living space for evening relaxation. After a day on the mountains, the residence offers a heated outdoor pool—ideally positioned to capture the late afternoon sun.
It is a reliable choice for skiers who prioritise proximity to the lifts and the flexibility of a self-catered stay.

Apartment Options
All apartments are non-smoking and have a kitchen with electric hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, as well as a TV, limited free WiFi and hairdryer. Bed linen, bath towels, end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) are included. Extra charge for a change of towels and bed linen, payable locally.
When you arrive, you’ll need to pay a deposit of approx. €250 per week by cash, credit or debit card for each apartment on your booking.
Studio (approx. 25m²) - sleeps 1-2: Living area with double bed, private shower or bath and WC.
Studio (approx. 27m²) - sleeps 1-4: Living area with double bed, double sofa-bed, private shower or bath and WC.
2 bedroom apartment (approx. 44m²) - sleeps 1-6: Double bedroom, bedroom with twin beds or bunk beds, double sofa bed in living area, private shower or bath and WC.
Baby kits are available to hire for approx. €15 per week, payable locally. Includes cot, bath and highchair.
Cots are available to hire for an extra charge, payable locally.
Please note: Beds will need to be made by guests on arrival.
