The best known ski resort in Sweden is Are where the slopes and ski accommodation are set along the shores of a frozen lake. Being largely made up of blue and green runs, the pistes suit beginners, intermediates and families while the off piste appeals to the most accomplished of skiers. The legendary "after-ski" is a feast for all to enjoy in Sweden.
