We stay in the main hotel and the family rooms are fantastic. Comfortable beds and large rooms, we have had a balcony too, which really is a room in itself. There are shutters that come down at night, great to shut out the light so the children sleep in! Breakfasts are help yourself buffet style and they cook omelettes to order. Dinner is a fairly standard Austrian affair, but plenty off it. The pool is great and you can use the sauna too, massages are extra. Centrally located, a bit of a trek to walk to the Gondola, but we have done it with a four year old, however the ski bus is at the end of the road, as is the train station if you want to go further afield. Our only gripe would be the entertainment in the evenings; it consists of a tired organist and his lady wife singing ballads. More suited to a seedy club than the quality of hotel it is! Oh there is an outside play area for the children, an indoor one too and a fantastic ski/boot room, so your boots are toasty warm in the morning. We have been back loads of times and are never disappointed. Would have got 10 if not for the singers!
