Magic Hotel, Pas de la Casa, Andorra

I arrived back from holiday on Sunday the 14th of April and am missing it already. The resort is absolutely fantastic. The hotel is absolutely fantastic. The location is absolutely fantastic. The weather was absolutely fantastic. I cannot think of any faults during my holiday at Pas De La Casa. The staff at the hotel were wonderful, especially a receptionist called 'Santiago' who was so helpful and constantly smiling. The food at the hotel was superb and I loved the fact that there was somebody there every morning and every evening to cook some sort of fish and meat fresh right in front of you. Our room was very clean and the cleaners were wonderful. The facilities are great at the hotel- just what you need after a full day of skiing! Booking the holiday was very simple and the staff member that I spoke to was extremely helpful. The reps out in Pas De La Casa were great as we could find them easily either at the hotel or the storage unit for our equipment. They were very helpful our rep Lewis help us out on what events to choose and they were bonkers. Overall, I can assure that my holiday booked with Iglu Ski was utterly fantastic and I cannot wait to go again. I will most definitely be booking with Iglu Ski again- the prices are cheap and affordable, the packages are great and it is a simple company to book with looking at 2020 already. Thank you.

The Magic Hotel is in the centre of Pas, but very well placed for the resort ski lifts. It has the feel of a family run hotel, very comfortable and welcoming. Initially, we were given a very large room with sky lights and no proper window, but the reception staff couldn't have been more helpful when we requested a change. We were able to move to a smaller room with a roof terrace which was great. The rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable. The only downside was the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, which was sadly missed. The hotel food was excellent, with a large choice of both hot and cold buffet at breakfast and dinner. Freshly fried eggs and meat (at dinner) were always available. The dining room staff were very efficient. There was a pleasant hotel bar near the entrance with views over the town. Ski storage is very well organised. You are supplied with a key for a large locker in the heated basement. This has a door which opens on to the street which leads to the lifts. The staff simply make it a great place to stay. We couldn't fault the Magic. Highly recommended
