Alpinresort Schillerkopf
The cosy, 4-star superior Alpinresort Schillerkopf is located on a sunny high-plateau, just above Bürseberg and only approx. 100 from the chair lift Tschengla-Bürseberg. If the snow conditions allow it, ski-in to the accommodation is possible. The centre of Bürseberg is only approx. 3.5 km away and the shopping centre Bürs can be found within approx. 8 km from the hotel. Access to a cross-country trail is just about 100 m away. The ski lifts Brand (approx. 7 km) and Bürs (approx, 8 km) are easy to reach via the hotel-own and free-of-charge shuttle bus. The traditional and cosy hotel offers a reception and entrance area, lift, a lobby with fireplace and the Schillerkopf Mediathek, ski and boot room, Wi-Fi, dining hall, the panorama restaurant "MundArt", "Richard's Bar & Lounge" and a terrace. Free-of-charge parking spaces and covered parking (payable locally) are available at the hotel. The approx. 1,000 m² spa area with indoor pool (open daily, 07:30 - 19:00, from 17:30 only for adults), steam bath, Finnish sauna, outdoor sauna, organic sauna, and relaxation room can all be used for free (sauna open daily 13:00 - 19:00). Further, there is a small fitness room with treadmill, cross trainer, and ergometer. Treatments in the beauty centre and massages can be booked and paid for locally. Rooms The modern, alpine style rooms all have shower/wc, cable TV, telephone, radio, Wi-Fi, hair drier, safe, as well as a balcony or terrace. The suites all have a bedroom and a separate living/sleeping area. Board The holiday price includes half-board PLUS and comprises a welcome drink, a daily breakfast buffet with regional specialities, a small midday snack and cake from 15:00 in the afternoons, as well as a 4-course menu with choice of main dish made from local, natural products in the evenings. Occasionally, there are themed evenings on offer. The spa buffet, offering fresh fruit, juices, water and tea in the spa area, is free to self-serve from. On Christmas Eve there is also a festive Christmas menu on offer, and on New Year's Eve a gala dinner is organised.
