Hotel Banyan, St Anton, Austria

My stay at the Hotel Banyan was a thoroughly enjoyable one; the resort of St Anton itself is excellent fun and has some fantastic skiing available. The hotel itself is very nicely furnished and presented with excellent staff on hand. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and the Hotel is within excellent proximity to the slopes and town centre. Overall, I had a great stay here and would highly recommend the Banyan for an excellent stay in St Anton

We stayed in Hotel Banyan in St Anton for the first week of March 2011 and it was the best accommodation I have ever experienced on a winter holiday without a doubt! The staff were very friendly from the moment we arrived and the room and bathroom were immaculate and very spacious. I couldn't fault it and enjoyed the finishing touch of sweets on our pillows every day. Breakfast was a hot and cold buffet and there was plenty of fresh food being brought out all the time so we really enjoyed the food! The resort itself was also brilliant with plenty of nice cafes, restaurants and bars to keep us amused and plenty terrain to explore. We attended a ski day out with the Iglu staff which was also worthwhile as it introduced us to the neighboring ski areas with a guide to show us areas we may not otherwise have seen, In summary, a fantastic holiday and great experience all round! I would recommend both the resort of St Anton and in particular Hotel Banyan to anyone considering Austria for a winter holiday!
