Great Family holiday - 09/03/2020

Overall

We took our 20+ year old Grandchildren on their first ski holiday to Zell am See as we wanted them to experience traditional Austrian hospitality & also learn to ski. This resort and hotel delivered just what we had hoped! Whilst we relaxed in the sauna / outdoor heated pool / games room/bar in the evenings the younger family members could head off to enjoy the lively apres-ski. At no time did we worry about their safety whilst 'out on the town'. The staff at the Berner hotel were really friendly, welcoming and professional and the food was delicious. Coudl also ski in & out which was a bonus.

Overall

Family run hotel. Brothers ski host every Monday morning. Superb spa. Excellent breakfast and 5 course meal every night. Hotel spotless. Staff extremely helpful. Good apres ski at Crazy Daisy. Ski route from Zell am See means 15 minute bus tide to Saalbach.
