From East Ruka, a short five-minute stroll brings you to the ski bus, and the exhilarating slopes of Ruka Valley are just a twelve-minute walk away. For those in West Ruka, a thirty-minute walk leads to the vibrant Ruka Village.

Generous living spaces and fully equipped kitchens make these cabins ideal for families and groups seeking a sociable stay. Stock up at the reasonably priced supermarket, a short bus ride away, and savour home-cooked meals. Cabin Options
All cabins have a combined living and dining area with a TV, wood-burning fire with unlimited firewood, drying cabinet for clothes, iron and private sauna. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hot plates, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge and dishwasher. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area) are included.
2 bedroom apartment with sauna - sleeps 2-6: Ground floor with double bedroom, second bedroom with bunk beds, ladder to mezzanine with two single beds, full kitchen, living area with log fire, bathroom with private shower and sauna and separate WC.
Please note:
WiFi isn't available in the cabins, so you'll really be able to unplug and enjoy a digital detox during your stay.
Mezzanine areas will have limited headroom. Beds may not be made up, and customer may be required to do this themselves on arrival.
Each cabin is individually owned and may look slightly different from the images shown. And while all the cabins are in the same part of the resort, it’s not possible to guarantee that multiple cabins will be located next to each other.
Check-in is at 4pm. If your transfer arrives before then, you'll be dropped off in Ruka's village centre. From here, you'll need to take the ski bus to your cabin at check-in time, which is free with a lift pass.
Check-out is at 12pm. If your transfer coach is scheduled after then, you'll need to make your own way to the village centre on the ski bus to be collected. Due to the narrow roads, the coach doesn't have direct access to your cabin and you might need to walk a short way with your luggage.
