From the resort, you can easily access 265km of diverse terrain, including long, cruisy blues and reds and some challenging black runs and off-piste options for those with more experience. This residence is a great option for families and groups, with spacious apartments sleeping up to 12. You'll love winding down after a day on the slopes in your own private balcony or terrace.
With natural wood panelling and floors throughout, the apartments have a warm, chalet feel, perfect for relaxing on the comfy sofas and swapping stories from the pistes. If you’re looking to truly switch off, make a splash in the heated indoor pool or treat yourself to a massage in the spa, both offering stunning views of the surrounding peaks.
While the residence is a short trip from the main village of Flaine, you can hop on a free ski bus that runs throughout the day, so you can still easily explore everything the resort has to offer.

Residence Apartment Options
All apartments have a kitchenette with oven, hobs, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities and a dishwasher, as well as free WiFi, flatscreen TV and minibar. Towels, linen and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
When you arrive, you’ll need to pay a deposit of approximately €300 for your apartment (or approximately €500 if you have booked two or more apartments) by credit or debit card.
