Pierre & Vacances Premium Residence Les Terrasses d'Hélios is a ski-in/ski-out apartment residence located at the centre of the Grand Massif ski area.

Flaine also offers contemporary art and culture, featuring works by Dubuffet, Picasso, and Vasarely, as well as a library, audiovisual room, and guided tours.
