*Access to the spa includes 1 visit per person after 4pm per week. This is for guests over 18 years, within the spa’s usual opening times. Please be aware that you need to reserve your spa visits at reception. Spa access includes a sauna and hammam.
Kids Clubs: Hotel Club Les Mélèzes caters to all ages with their range of clubs. Club Baby is for little ones from 18 months to 3 years, Kids and Juniors clubs are for kids aged 4-10 years, and the Teens and Ados clubs are for the oldest ones between 11 and 17 years.

When you arrive, you’ll need to pay a deposit of approx. €200 by credit or debit card for each room on your booking. Check our Crystal A-Z for more information on deposits.
Twin room - sleeps 1-2 (approx. 21m²): Twin beds or double bed, private bath, shower and WC. Twin beds are provided as standard – if you’d like a double bed, please contact us so we can update your booking.
Triple room - sleeps 2-3 (approx. 21-24m²): Double bed or twin beds, extra single bed when booked for three, private bath, shower and WC. Twin beds are provided as standard – if you’d like a double bed, please contact us so we can update your booking.
Quad room - sleeps 2-4 (max 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children up to 11 years) (approx. 24m²): Twin beds or double bed, bunk beds, private bath, shower and WC. Twin beds are provided as standard – if you’d like a double bed, please contact us so we can update your booking.
Please note: Children under 6 years old cannot sleep on the top bunk of bunk beds. Triple and quad rooms must be at maximum occupancy during French school holidays.
