Chalet Bobb is a masterpiece in architecture and design. The chalet is located on the outskirts of Morzine and has been transformed from a traditional horse stable into a stunning, modern chalet. Floor-to-ceiling windows, industrial-influenced design features and beautiful fixtures and furnishings make Chalet Bobb a calm and stunning retreat to enjoy your winter holiday.
The entrance level of this chalet is a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. It is flooded with light and sunshine through the massive glass-fronted windows that look out to the decking and Parc des Dérêches. The glass doors open onto a balcony that enjoys the sunshine throughout the day and into the evening. An impressive wood-burning stove takes pride of place on this level and you can enjoy meals with your family and friends around the large dining table, surrounded by rocking dining chairs! The kitchen is open to the living area, making it a sociable environment, and it has everything you need for a self-catered holiday. A laundry room is situated behind the kitchen with a separate washer and dryer.
From the living room, a staircase leads you down to the decking where you will find a hot tub with views over the valley. In the living area, a stunning staircase leads upstairs to a level with two bedrooms and a master suite, all en-suite. The master suite has a large king-sized bed and there is an internal window overlooking the living room, so you can enjoy a view of the valley through the lounge’s floor-to-ceiling windows. The master suite’s bathroom has a beautiful freestanding bath and you can get a glimpse of the valley views while you are soaking in the tub. A further two bedrooms can be configured as either twin or double rooms and both have en-suite shower rooms.
There is adequate parking for four cars and storage for skis and boots at the entrance of the chalet. Heated boot warmers will dry out and warm your boots ready for the next day. A sheltered outdoor area provides ample space for working on skis and snowboards, if required.
