Residence Odalys L'Oree des Pistes
The Résidence Odalys in St Sorlin d'Arves is a great pick if you want to be right by the slopes. You'll be staying in a classic alpine building with an abundance of wood cladding, giving it a cosy feel. You can click straight into your skis and head onto the Pierre Aigue green run from the doorstep each morning, or the nearby ski bus will take you to the nursery slopes if you're still finding your ski legs.
Inside, you'll find simple apartments for up to six people, most of which have a private balcony where you can soak up the incredible mountain views of the Aiguilles d’Arves massif. Each comes with a kitchenette for whipping up quick meals, but you can upgrade to half board to enjoy breakfasts and evening meals at the Le Barock restaurant.
After a day on the mountain, you can take a dip in the indoor swimming pool or unwind in the steam room and sauna for a small fee.
