Nestled on the edge of the traditional and charming village of Lanslebourg, Les Valmonts de Val Cenis apartments provide a relaxed and convenient base for your ski holiday. These apartments offer ski-in, ski-out access directly onto a gentle green run, perfect for those eager to hit the slopes straight from their door. Alternatively, the main ski lifts and nursery slopes are just a 10-minute stroll away.
After a day exploring the expansive Val Cenis ski area, unwind in the residence's heated indoor pool, with your first session in the sauna or steam room included. The apartments are housed in a classic chalet-style building, blending seamlessly with the stunning mountain backdrop. Inside, each apartment is simply furnished with a kitchenette, ideal for preparing meals with ingredients from the nearby supermarket.
For dining out, Lanslebourg offers a selection of bars and restaurants within easy reach. Plus, every apartment boasts a private balcony, offering delightful mountain views.

Apartment Room Options
All apartments are non-smoking and have a kitchenette with a hob, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher, as well as a TV. Towels, linen and end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchenette) are included.
When you arrive, you’ll need to pay a deposit of approx. €300 by debit card for each apartment on your booking.
1 bedroom apartment with balcony (approx. 30m²) – sleeps 1-4: Twin or double bedroom, living area featuring single sofa-bed with single pull-out bed, private bath with shower, WC and balcony.
- 2 bedroom apartment with balcony (approx. 35m²) – sleeps 1-6: Two twin or double bedrooms (one may have bunk beds instead), living area featuring single sofa-bed with single pull-out bed, private bath with shower, WC and balcony.
- 2 bedroom apartment with balcony (approx. 50m²) – sleeps 1-8: Two twin or double bedrooms (sometimes these are split-level, and one may have bunk beds instead), alcove with bunk beds, living area featuring single sofa-bed with single pull-out bed, private bath with shower, WC and balcony.
Cots are available to hire for approx. €15 per stay, payable locally.
Please note: Before you leave your apartment at the end of your stay, you'll need to do the following things, as they're not included in the end-of-stay cleaning:
• Strip all beds and put sheets and pillowcases in the provided bags – then leave bags in the designated area.
• Empty all bins.
• Clean the kitchenette, wash dishes, and put them away.
• Empty the fridge.
