Chalet Altitude Apartments, Val Thorens, France

Iglu Ski were very efficient booking our recent ski trip to Val Thorens. Having arrived at the airport to travel to Val Thorens I was hoping to learn about the resort from the transfer rep. He was only knowledgeable on Courchevel - no one on the bus was going to Courchevel. We then had to swap buses, only the 2nd bus did not arrive, for quite some time! Arriving at the Chalet we were tired, we were greeted by our Host and shown to our rooms. The room was filthy and I'm not sure had been properly hoovered all season. The trip just carried on like this, Poor quality food, poor quality service and very low standards. I did try and raise one particular problem with the area rep but she was more interested in discussing her drinking skills of the previous night. All in all a very poor experience. I probably would go to VT again as the skiing there is amazing.
