As part of an exclusive collection to Iglu Ski, Hotel Dolomites Inn offers free ski guiding and coaching with fully qualified ski and snowboard instructors. Various sessions run throughout the week to introduce you to the ski area and improve your technique along the way. Skiers and snowboarders wishing to take part need to be over 18 (or 12 in school holidays) and be good enough to ski down blue and red pistes. You can sign up for the sessions at the chalet on your first day in resort.
The Dolomites Inn lies in a peaceful and sunny position in the small resort of Penia, just 3km from Canazei.
The style of the hotel is traditionally Tyrolean with strong ties to local Ladin traditions. These are evident in the comfortable bar and gorgeous Ladinish stube with its traditional wood burning stove. It makes an ideal setting to exchange exploits of your days on the 1220km of pistes. Relaxing is made easy for you thanks to the small wellness area. Ease ski legs in the hot tub or sauna, or work off some of the delicious food and wine in the hotel’s squash courts – not something you see every day.
A brand new gondola is just down the road and whisks you straight into the renowned 40km Sella Ronda circuit – an intermediate skier or boarders dream! The free local ski bus stops outside the hotel regularly to save you the 5-10 minute walk.
The chalet hotel is a lovely place to relax of an evening, but if you do fancy a night out in Canazei, you won’t be stranded as taxis run right up until 4am to bring you home. This is a perfect choice if you’re looking for a relaxing, peaceful stay whilst enjoying superb hospitality in one of the most beautiful parts of the world.

Each of the 29 rooms are really spacious with a balcony to admire the beautiful Dolomites mountain scenery. Facilities include Wi-Fi, a flatscreen TV and fully ensuite bathroom with bath or shower and wc.
Most rooms sleep two to three people, but there is a single room plus an apartment for four also available.
