Iglu very helpful and communicative when booking this trip. Hotel was excellent, staff/food/rooms etc. Would have been helpful to have got clearer info from Crystal about ski passes........we booked through them beforehand and wanted to add the Snowcare insurance but were told at the liftpass offoce that it had to be done through Crystal as they had dealt with the original pass booking. Crystal added this insurance, however one of our group had to be stretchered off the mountain and as this extra insurance had not actually been added to our passes this person had to pay for the medical services when in fact having the Snowcare cover should covered this. Perhaps Crystal should give information about the extra cover with information on liftpass prices so that customers can have this added on when they book the pass and it shows on their liftpass
