Mornings begin with a hot-and-cold buffet featuring regional cheeses, cold cuts, and omelettes. For dinner, the restaurant serves Aosta Valley and Piedmont specialities like hearty carbonade and handmade ravioli, with some dishes still prepared on an authentic wood stove. After a day on the mountain, the cosy on-site pub is the perfect spot to unwind with a couple of pints in a friendly, relaxed setting.
