Hotel Pralong, Selva Val Gardena, Italy

Excellent Hotel with outstanding service, cleanliness, quality of food, and lovely people. The Ski Representative was outstanding amply illustrated by the ski day he arranged. Could have gone badly wrong but his attention to detail was excellent. Austrian Airline were equally impressive. I would like to book for next year . I require 2 singe rooms and one double room at Hotel Pralong ,flying out of Manchester and Birmingham last week January 2016. I am sure you can provide a competitive price. Thank you Iain Hall

Six of us stayed at the Pralong during the second week in January 2015. The staff were excellent, the food was very good, the rooms were very clean if just slightly in need of updating. The location, 100 m from a lift and 8 mins walk to the town, was pretty perfect. The ski hire arranged by Inghams was in 20 years the best ever; excellent top quality skis which, once fitted, were delivered and collected from the hotel, all for a very reasonable price. With the absence of natural snow the extensive snow making equipment was put to good use and well over 95% of the runs were open throughout the whole ski area. This was a massive achievement which meant that our skiing expectations leaving the UK were totally exceeded. Our only gripe was over the town shuttle bus which for some reason would not stop as requested at the hotel and no one seemed to be able to influence the drivers, same the world over I guess. Overall we had a great holiday with some wonderful skiing in an astonishingly beautiful part of the world. We will certainly be going back and will be recommending Selva and the Pralong to our friends
