Hotel Bergheimat and Etoile
The traditional Valasian, family-run Hotel Bergheimat and Etoile is located in the centre of Saas-Grund, directly at the Kreuzboden valley station. This convenient location makes it possible to descend right down to the doorstep, when snow conditions allow it, and access to the cross-country track can also be found in close proximity to the hotel. A ski bus stops directly in front of the house and gives you a lift to the ski areas. The friendly accommodation consists of two buildings (Bergheimat and Etoile) which are approx. 10 m away from each other. Each buildings's facilities comprise a reception, lift, Wi-Fi (for a fee) as well as a common area with TV and a ski and boot room. The dining room and restaurant with integrated bar can be found in Hotel Bergheimat. The Hotel Etoile features an indoor pool (daily from 09:00 - 19:00 from 25/12) which can be used for free. There you can also find a sauna area with sauna, relaxation room, steam room and jacuzzi (for a fee). Free parking spaces are located behind both houses. Rooms The cosily furnished rooms have a shower/wc, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, radio, safe, hair drier (on request) and balcony or terrace. You will be accommodated either in Hotel Bergheimat or in Hotel Etoile. Board The half board that is included in your holiday price consists of a breakfast buffet as well as a 4-course menu in the evening. 1 x per week, a themed evening with fondue takes places and for Christmas (24/12) and New Year's Eve, a festive dinner will be served. On New Year's Eve, there will also be a music and dance show.
