Chalet Lorraine Reviews

Chalet was fabulously staffed, who did an amazing job in awkward circumstances. The location was good, the price was excellent, but the chalet maintenance was poor. We had approx 10 powercuts a day, various items didn't work and it wasn't from the chalet hosts lack of trying or reporting it. The resort rep was particularly poor. However food was brilliant, price was great and the snow and skiing was awesome! I'd go with Ski Amis again, but with reservations. The chalet couple really made it so another couple might not be as great.
