Chalet Monet was in a good location at the resort and a downward short walk to the ski station. Our rooms were in the eaves of the property as we booked last minet. The rooms were okay although some of our taller members of the party did bang their head a couple of times on the beams. We were in rooms 7, 10 and 11. This year we had 2 missing from our party hence choosing a larger chalet with other guests. Two rooms had a bath and it would have been great if all rooms had a shower. Otherwise the rooms were fine, one with a balcony.
The staff in Chalet Monet were very nice and did their best to make our stay comfortable.
The let down for our party and others in the chalet were the lack of provisions. On the first morning at breakfast we ran out of baked beans and mushrooms. This unfortunately continued throughout the week, no tea bags, not enough bacon for everyone etc etc. Not good for a hungry skiing party. There were two televisions in the property neither of them seemed to work, this was reported at the beginning of the week and not resolved.
Boot room definitely needs some ventilation and an air freshener.
Overall great staff, let down by lack of provisions
