We've stayed in the Seeberger many times (whenit was run by Supertravel) and we've always enjoyed it. The location really is excellent, just a short walk to the Galzig, Gampen and Rendl lifts. Being on the main drag, the choice of local apres ski drinking establishments is extensive, but it does mean the rooms at the front of the house can be noisy in the evening. The facilities are everything you would expect at this price point.
