Chalet Verseau Reviews

We had an excellent week in resort (6 of us). The chalet was roomy (only downside was the bathrooms were not en-suite - but as we all knew each other this was not an issue). We made good use of the balcony on sunny afternoons and the sauna/pool to soothe aching legs! The Iglu reps were very helpful, this was a last minute booking (1 week before leaving) and the online chalets were not available, neither were London flights. On the phone the Iglu rep found this chalet and flights from Birmingham that suited us. Just one point to mention: at check-in at Birmingham we were told we could not have 2 items of luggage (case and boot bag), even though the combined weight was within our limit. The staff made an exception this once but this would be worth mentionning on booking.
