Nice apartment, bit cosy but all you need with onsite Sauna/Steam room and easy access to ski locker. Fox pub adjoined so easy for beers / sports and saves the long walk into town. Free shuttle bus options, ski in but bit of a walk back. Unfortunately the ski hire package excluded boots (1st time ever!) and rather than next door was the place all the way into town.....Worst part was a apathetic disinterested chalet host at the end of her season, meagre rations for full board meals and frankly a little OCD. It spoiled an otherwise great holiday. Sad really as friends had a great host in the room below us. Guess its luck of the draw. In the end Id recommend Val Thorens for ski, less for snowboard and only worth it for a good discount, otherwise be closer to town.
