Arriving into the lovely lit up Hotel in dark was a really great sight! Everything was taken care of from the moment you arrive. Service was amazing and the staff were very helpful! Would recommend to anyone, especially beginners as lessons are included and the instructors are very patient!

From start to finish my Club Med adventure was easy. The resort is a short transfer from Geneva and once inside the hotel the Club Med staff take care of everything from a cocktail at the bar to luxury dining. The new building is simply stunning with beautiful views out across the Grand Massif which boasts easy ski in and ski out access from the boot room.

My favourite feature of Club Med Grand Massif Samoens is the ‘Skyline’ specialty restaurant and lounge located on the top floor of the building. Skyline offers an escape away from the main restaurant if you fancy dinner in a different location one evening. Some customers do not realise that you can book in to have dinner here from the a la carte menu, which is all included in your package. Fondue was available when we booked in to have dinner here in December 2018 which was an amazing treat to have at Club Med. The restaurant is also available throughout the week for drinks, lunch and after-ski snacks. There is a wine cellar where customers can purchase premium wine with their meals if wanted. Remember to book in your spot at dinner at the start of the week to make sure you don’t miss out!

Club Med have really gone to the next level with this property, with its modern and luxurious design both internally and externally. As with all Club Med properties, it make the whole skiing experience convenient and easy with wrist bands to enter the rooms and lockers, while providing a true ski in and ski out experience. The food on offer is exceptional and covers all bases you could imagine, including refreshments outside the Club Med, if you happen to be skiing past. If you wanted to enjoy a stress free and great skiing experience, this is a must.

The ease of checking in, getting to the hotel room, picking up ski hire and getting out onto the slopes is what makes this Club Med the perfect holiday. Everything is under one roof which makes it ideal for families and beginners. Rooms are modern, comfortable and have everything you need. The sky lounge topped the holiday off with their delicious set menu and it's amazing views of the Grand Massif mountains.
