Club Med Les Deux Alpes Reviews

This resort is excellent. We went there for Christmas and would have to stress it was the best holiday ever. The staff were incredibly nice helpful polite and truly what you would expect from a five star and above. The food was fantastic and of a high standard. It was all inclusive but this included branded spirits and the beer was on tap to help yourself. So so good. I would definitely recommend this hotel/resort. The skiing was fantastic. The town very traditional. The whole holiday was super. Loved it and will be returning.

Dolores O'Donnell

We are a family of 5, kids ages from 13-16 years old. The all inclusive element is very useful and takes a lot of hassle and expense out of the holiday. The hotel itself was ok (3 star). Rooms very small, but clean. Bar and dining areas clean and colourful. Lots of music and constant entertainment from the Reps, who were all very friendly. Buffet food was fine, but not the healthiest. Kids loved it and ate pancakes with chocolate sauce for every meal! ESF (french ski school) was ok, but groups a bit mixed ability (even after assessments).This is a holiday which would be suited to families with younger kids. The creche facility was brilliant for the families with young kids who we travelled with, but I felt that our teenagers weren't catered for as I had hoped.

Food : Food was brillant. We have a wide varitey of food to choose from with different themes every night. I particularly enjoyed the Asian night. Accomodation: Rooms were small but there were lots of drawers/cupboards for your stuff. Clean in general except that corridors smell a little. Travel : Very smooth. We flew to grenoble and was picked up by a private taxi straight to the resort. Ski Instructor : Ski instructor was brillant. Laurent taught us for the full 5 days. He even took extra time after classes to chat with us about the town in general and what there is to do. While on ski lifts up the mountains, he would explain and point out to interesting sights. He is like a tourguide/ski instructor.

Club Med is great fun and I love all the entertainment. It is perfect for children and adults. The frequent buffet adds to the Club Med experience. This holiday has by far been my personal favorite and I am sure it is many others. All I can say is that I hope you don't turn such a delightful opportunity away, I hope to see you on the slopes!

Firstly Igluski were very helpful and basically choose this hotel and package for me. Ned the agent was very helpful. Our whole experience was excellent, we arrived at 7pm so had lots to organise when we got to the hotel, like hiring skis, getting our 3 children and ourselves booked in the right ski lessons but this all ran very smoothly. Me and the children were beginners and my husband is an advanced skier, the resort was perfect for all of us, lots of green, blue, red and black runs, perfect for everyone. Our lessons were great we all learnt a lot, even my husband who could already ski well. My only criticism is that being English and not speaking much French, the staff were mainly French and some did not speak much English which was hard for the children to begin with, all the shows etc are French so they struggled for a couple of days but enjoyed it once that got used to it. We loved Les Deux Alpes and the club med set up, we have booked again for next year.
