Hotel Angerer Alm Reviews

Just returned from a week skiing in Hochgurgl with my 14 year old son. The hotel was so welcoming and easy going whilst feeling luxurious. Everything really was taken care off with great attention to detail. A quick walk across the car park and up 15 steps to the ski lift/ski school. My only complaint is that the hotel was just so warm, we would have to have the window and balcony door open at night to sleep. First world problem right there! There isn’t an apres ski scene at all, so if you’re after something more lively then perhaps Obergurgl would suit but as I was with my son it was ok for us. Swimming pool/jacuzzi were great at the end of a long day skiing, gowns/slippers and towels are provided. But the staff really are the stars of this hotel, everyone was so friendly, I really wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this hotel or the ski resort, we will be back!
