Hotel Bruxelles Reviews

On arrival complained to management at hotel that room was so small and cramped that it was not suitable and should not be called a twin. Beds were pushed together and gave no access to very limited storage. We were told that rooms were allocated by Neilson not the hotel and nothing could be done. Breakfast consisted of 2 types of cereal, toast, dry bread, cold meats, cheese, jam, fruit juice, and boil your own eggs. It was a real bunfight to cook your own eggs to say the least. Evening meals were much better but hotel guests were told to be in the restaurant at a particular time (which changed during the week) only to find that people coming in from the street were seated in the restaurant to the exclusion of hotel guests. One night jacket potatoes were on the menu but hotel guests were told by staff that there were none left. Then people from outside were given seats, ordering jacket potatoes which were duly served up. All the above were mentioned to the Neilson rep who took issue with the hotel but he did seem frustrated by their response. Johnie the rep was excellent and should be commended for looking after the interests of the guests. On the plus side, the hotel was very clean and near to the lifts. Neilson had booked lockers at the lift station at no cost, which was very welcome.

...my wife & i have just returned from a most enjoyable week in andorra.. ..the hotel owners and staff were very friendly..the food was exceptional ..we give it 5 stars !

Just came back on Sunday, had a fantastic time, staff very friendly and helpful. It is a small privately owned hotel and the food is not buffet service i.e. much better. Rooms are basic but all that you need and the hotel is close to everything that you want. Only drawback is that there is no lift.
