This is a great Hotel . Staff were amazing. Always polite and do anything to help. Rooms were well serviced and beds comfy. Food was really nice and good selection. We were All Inclusive so Apres Ski was at the bar mostly. It has a pool and gym. 2 x Pool tables. Boot Room and ski shop for all hire needs. There is Parking onsite if spaces available . 10 minute walk to Diable Chair lift . But Hotel provides a mini bus to take you to Diable or Jandri Express . They also pick you up. There is also local bus stop right by Hotel. I have absolutely no complaints about the Hotel. Highly recommended.

I have just returned from a great week in Les Deux Alpes, staying at the Hotel Ibiza. I hadn't stayed in this resort before, but have stayed in many similar resorts over the past few years all over the French Alps. Put simply, this is the best Hotel I have stayed in, in France and only costing the same as other hotels, in other resorts, that pale into insignificance by comparison. The rooms are typical of most ski hotels, in the way that they are warm, clean, well maintained but not massive. The hotel scores on the quality of its staff, food, facilities, and style. Without exception, every member of staff was simply brilliant - they were polite, helpful, charming and attentive, you could not ask for better. The food (buffet style) was always excellent and changed daily. The hotel lays on a minibus to run you to the slopes in the morning and collect you promptly when you're ready to come back in the afternoon and even the driver here was engaging and friendly. If you haven't been to this resort before and intermediate skiing is your thing, then stay here - you won't regret it.

The staff went above and beyond for me during my stay there. They run a very handy bus service to and from the slopes about a 2-minute drive away. In a great location for the nightlife which is about a 3 minute walk down the road from the hotel. The food was fantastic - lots to choose from and very colourful. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Hotel Ibiza is a great hotel, the staff are so accommodating and lovely. And it's only a short walk to the slopes so very convenient. The rooms are spacious and comfy. It really feels like more than a 3 Star!

The Ibiza certainly has a trademark style and is ideal if you want to avoid the 'traditional' looks most hotels go for. The food was buffet style, good quality and plentiful but the desserts stole the show! For me the standout aspects were the facilities- an indoor pool with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the mountains, hot tub, sauna, games room (ideal for kids and the young at heart) and a great bar area. It certainly encourages you to get involved instead of being confined to your room. We stayed in a spacious south facing double with some absolutely fantastic views out on to the mountains and over the Venosc end of the resort. The room was well appointed with comfortable beds and a clean, nicely finished bathroom. You are a little walk away from the lifts with the Diable being a little closer than the Jandri but there was a complimentary bus service as well as the resort bus which more than made up for it. We didn't even have to go out to get our equipment as there's a hire shop on site, but for the bars, shops and restaurants you're only a stones throw away anyway. As you can probably tell i'm a fan of this place and would go back in a heartbeat!
