The hotel is a 4 star hotel with 5 star ambitions. A wine list with local wines starting at €40+ and no house wine. A menu which does not change throughout the week (other than the soup) and for people on half board, a large number of options have supplements.
The holiday was a Crystal Ski package booked through Iglus Si.
One hour + wait on bus at airport. No rep on bus to discuss the cancellation of our lift pass and ski hire the day before departure. Apparently, I had paid but the order had not been processed. Still awaiting refund of £700+.
An hour + standing in cold at a bus station being told different stories - waited for a bus, then were told it was a taxi, then finally an old minibus arrived which rattled its way to Méribel again without a rep on board. On
departure, we were again left waiting for an hour at the side of the road for bus.
Really disappointed by the service or lack of. Other residents of the hotel held similar views re quality of reps and transfers.
