Booking process, resort and Hotel - 25/02/2019
Overall

Booking process v easy and efficient and will always use Iglu Ski every time with great sales team and website. Please thank Liam Dunphy in particular. App is a great addition. Hotel great value for money. Very friendly staff. Rooms very clean and cleaned every day. Bathroom in particular spacious and powerful hot shower. Boot room - superb and ski hire next door had 2 great guys who were v good and helpful. Gym was well equipped but disappointing that pool and sauna we had to pay for. This was not made clear at time of booking and many people felt the same. Food - plenty of it although some of the meat and was massively nuked/overcooked and veg was more soggy than hospital food or Granny cooking!. Pudding looked amazing but on closer inspection disappointing and no sign of ice cream and in Italy of all places! Breakfast lacked fresh orange juice but plenty of food choice. Scrambled egg definitely needs some work on from a presentation perspective -looked a tad like baby sick! Passe Tonale not much soul to the resort but and be prepared for a 10 minute hike to supermarket with tired legs. Spent most of time in Hotel. Night time skiing on Tues and Thurs great fun to try. Overall, for what you pay great value, high resort and Hotel close to slopes. Area skiing caters for all standards of skiing. would def stay there again. Many thanks again

This trip was first class. I organised this trip with the advice of the sales consultant for 8 people and all enjoyed it. The Hotel was amazing and was the food and service levels. The Hotel was one of the best hotels I had stayed at in a ski resort. Will be going back next year!!
