Chamonix Reviews

Everyone had a great time on the holiday. My husband and myself, who were not skiing/boarding, found plenty to occupy us in Chamonix, which is a lovely town with everything you might need. Some days we would take the cable car and meet everyone for lunch on the slopes. Fantastic scenery and nice to meet up with everyone to see how they were getting on. The Aiguille Du Midi cable car trip is a must, but beware the high altitude can affect anyone, resulting in light-headiness and wobbly legs. Once you have become accustomed to the conditions and walk very slowly, you can appreciate the amazing views all around. The fact that the buses were free was great, because we could access many places without worrying about the cost.
